Ecco Groupe Transportation is unable to guarantee the time of arrival of any shipment.

The shipping lines provide us with an estimated date of arrival of the vessel, which we in turn give to our customers. The date may change at any time.

For any stolen item found to be placed inside one of our containers, the customer will be held accountable to the maximum extent of state and federal laws.

Ecco Groupe Transportation will hold customers’ goods up to 3 days after the date of arrival. After the 3 days, customers will be charged a $5 daily fee payable in CFA franc.

It may take up to 3 months before goods arrive at their final destination.

There will be a list of questionnaires provided for our customers.

Customer has the right to buy insurance for his/her items or be denied the request.

 Ecco Groupe Transportation has the right to know the value of customer goods that are being shipped.

The customer has until the arrival date of the container to complete his/her payment in full.

Ecco Groupe Transportation will charge 10% of total bill prior to pickup of customers’ goods.

During transport vehicle and vehicle equipment may cease to operate properly through no fault of transporter

The transporter will be responsible for damage directly by the driver

The transporter will not be responsible for damage not caused by the driver

 If there is any damage inside of the container the transporter will be responsible for 55% and the owner of the vehicle will be responsible of 45%

I agree with driver’s assessment of the condition of this vehicle I have read and understand the term and condition. I agree to be bound by all of these terms and condition. This vehicle is free of content.

The customer/ consignee hereby acknowledges and represent that he or she has received this vehicle in the same condition as it had previously been delivered to the transporter except as above and hereby releases the broker and transporter from any claims for damage to the vehicle

Les colis nom récupéré après deux (2) moins son mis en vente aux enchères.
